What We Do

Whether your computer is for home, business, school, or a mix of everything, we make sure it’s set up the right way from day one. We can work with systems purchased from Signa or from other retailers.

• Initial setup of new Macs & PCs (account creation, updates, security)
• Data transfer from your old computer (documents, photos, basic settings)
• Email setup (including multiple accounts, calendars, and contacts)
• Installation of everyday apps (Office, browsers, Zoom/Teams, etc.)
• Printer, scanner, and basic peripheral setup
• Configuration of backup options so your data is protected
• A short walkthrough so you know where things are and how to get started

How We Work

We offer three options for new Mac & PC setup:

• In-shop setup: You drop off the computer, we set it up, test it, and let you know when it’s ready for pickup.
• On-site setup: A technician comes to your home or office to set everything up on location.
• Remote assistance: For certain setups, we can configure your system remotely once it’s online.

Before we book, we’ll review what you’d like done and confirm whether in-shop, on-site, or remote service makes the most sense for you.

What We Don’t Do

• We do not buy or trade used computers or components.
• We do not offer “bare minimum” quick setup with no testing.
• We do not undercut big box stores on price — our focus is better setup and support.

We’re generally competitive on price, but our value is in doing it properly: clean setup, tested, documented, and supported by people you can reach again in the future.
