What are "Open Box" computers?
At Signa, “Open Box” are products that have been returned to us, or open and used by us for demos, YouTube videos etc. We then put them through a rigorous refurbishment/rebuild/renewal process and are often just like new.
What is Signa’s renewal / refurbishment process?
Products that are renewed/refurbished by Signa are restored to at least their original condition and more often than not, even better performance then new. Each unit is fully tested, any broken or defective parts identified in testing are replaced and unit is tested again. Units are then cleaned, re-packaged and put up for sale.
What is Signa’s warranty on Open Box PCs?
We cover most renewed/refurbished/used PCs for a period of 30 days, and some for up to 90 days. You may be able to purchase an extended warranty up to 1 year, please inquire.
