Turning the power 'on' is only half the battle. We'll set up your new printer (or your new all-in-one printer/scanner/copier/fax machine), and then configure the sharing capabilities to make sure your printer is connected to the rest of the devices in your network, including phones, tablets, PCs, and Mac computers. After that, we'll patiently show you how to use your new printer and make sure everything is working to your satisfaction before we leave!
Ink Replacement
Even the best printer won't print anything when the ink or toner runs dry. We sell brand name ink and toner cartridges at competitive retail prices, and can come to your office or home to replace them for you when you're pressed for time.
Repairs & Maitenance
Sometimes the home or office printer goes down with something more complicated than a paper jam. We can do on-site or in-store repairs to get your machine back up and running as quickly as possible. We can also replace non-user serviceable parts like fusers, drums, and paper rollers so you can get more life out of your printer before you need to replace it.
We don't do many fax machines these days but, some businesses still use them. To that end, we still troubleshoot and maintain them if needed.
